By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. About our products

Sunday Table Press sells books — puzzles, coloring pages, recipes and quiet reading — in two formats you choose on each product page: Ebook (PDF and EPUB, delivered by email and in your account) and Paperback (printed on demand and shipped to you), or both together. We also offer an optional membership, The Sunday Club, and The Complete Table (all current ebooks, one payment).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error).

Buying a book is a one-time purchase. It is never a subscription.

4. Delivery

Ebooks are delivered to the email address you give at checkout, usually within a minute, and saved under Account → Downloads with no download limit. Check your spam and promotions folders if nothing arrives. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. If the file still isn’t there after 10 minutes, write to hello@sundaytablepress.com with your order number — we resend it the same business day.

Paperbacks are printed on demand and shipped to the address you give at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free; typical delivery is 5–8 business days from order. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. We currently ship paperbacks to US addresses only. See the Shipping policy.

5. The Sunday Club (membership)

The Sunday Club is an optional recurring membership. It is $38.69 per month or $349 per year, billed through this store’s checkout with your explicit consent at sign-up, then automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Membership includes every title, every new title, and Club extras.

  • We email you before every charge (3 days before a monthly charge, 7 days before a yearly one).
  • The charge appears on your statement as SUNDAY TABLE PRESS.
  • Membership includes every title in the store and every new title on the day it is published, as PDF + EPUB.
  • Cancel any time in one click: Account → Subscription → Cancel, or the cancellation page, or email hello@sundaytablepress.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Everything you have downloaded stays yours. There is no cancellation fee.

Price changes to the Club are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to you.

6. Licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the file for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit it.

7. Intellectual property

All books, layouts, covers and text are © ECOMBARNES LLC, trading as Sunday Table Press. Where a title uses public-domain source text, the edition, annotations and layout remain ours.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to resell or redistribute our files, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to disrupt the operation of this site.

9. No medical claims

Our recipes, puzzles and reading are for enjoyment. They are not medical, nutritional or therapeutic advice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECOMBARNES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except that a Club price change requires the 30-day email notice in section 5.
