Refund policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

We sell digital books. You still get a straightforward refund window — because we say so on every product page.

Ebooks (one-time purchases)

If a book isn’t for you, email hello@sundaytablepress.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We refund it, no questions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days; your bank may take a few more to show it.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks are printed on demand for you. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted or not at all, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number: we send a free reprint or refund you in full, your choice. If you simply changed your mind, return it within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we refund the book price; return postage is yours. For an “Ebook + Paperback” order, the ebook part follows the ebook rules above.

Limit: one refund per title per customer. We may decline repeated refund requests across many titles.

A pack (3 or 5 titles) and The Complete Table ($29.99, all titles today) are refunded in full if requested within 14 days. We don’t refund individual titles out of a pack or the Complete Table.

When we always help

• You did not receive your file and our support team cannot get it to you.
• The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Write to us within 7 days of the issue with your order number. We resend a file the same business day when we can, or refund.

The Sunday Club

If you ask within 7 days of a charge and haven’t downloaded a new title in that billing period, we refund that charge. Cancelling stops all future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. Everything you have already downloaded stays yours.

Cancel any time: Account → Subscription → Cancel, or email hello@sundaytablepress.com — we cancel the same day. Details: Cancel your membership.

Chargebacks

Write to us first. If a chargeback is opened without contacting us, we may dispute it and provide the order, delivery and account records to your bank.
